Machir offers a variety of shipping options depending on the product(s) you purchase and the location of where the products will be delivered. Proceeding checkout you will be prompted to choose from one of four shipping options, one of which, being free shipping. Shipping rates are based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the total value of your order. You’re shipping costs will automatically be computed during the checkout process, prior to the completion of your order.
Business Days are Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM CST, excluding holidays. Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00PM (noon) Central Time, or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every product that you purchase from Machir.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling fees. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the purchased price. You will be provided with a pre-paid FedEx label to return your purchase with. We ask that the product be unused, with all original paperwork to ensure a full credit refund.

Credit Cards are not charged until the order products are shipped. Debit Cards may be charged immediately upon order. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
We may off promotional coupon and discount programs. To redeem a promotion or discount code, proceed to the payment page in checkout, enter the code into the coupon code box, then select the apply code button. Your cart will be updated with the discount code included.
Service, Repairs and Replacement Parts
Services, repairs and replacements will be made to products meeting our warranty agreement. Please fill out the following form describing what kind of repairs will be needed to your bag. Once all information is received we will respond to your request within 24 hours.

If your Machir product is damaged at any time during your ownership, including damage caused by normal wear and tear, Machir will cover all repair expenses, including all shipping costs. If we come to the conclusion that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If that replacement product is no longer available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered by warranty are damages resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage- such as scratched leather or stained fabrics. Incidental damages such as damage to or loss of contents of a bag, loss or use or loss of time are not covered by warranty.
